Café George by Paula was founded in 2003 by chef and creator Paula Konareski, following her first successful culinary venture “Paula’s Deli & Catering”, formerly on Orange Street (est. 1999).  Along with the every day eats at the Café, Paula sought to expand her catering and bring fresh, innovative cuisine to a larger audiences around New Haven county.

When in she not in the kitchen, she's a dedicated mom to her son Mathew,  living and enjoying life on the Connecticut Shoreline.
